Amy showed knowledge and experience in not only the residential requirements but also in HR taking a lead in recruitment, induction and supervision of all staff. She established training matrix and engaged with training providers in order to meet requirements.
Amy led by example with a strong focus on personal individual care for everyone who lived in the home. Her focus was most definitely on ‘real living’ and not care forged by meeting criteria or ‘ticking boxes’ whilst at the same time in line with legal obligations.
