ABOUT ME

A 13 year career in social care, managing residential, home care and supported living services, to people with dementia, learning disabilities, ABI’s and complex needs. 

 

I have lead and managed failing services from inadequate and requires improvement, through to good and outstanding. 

My passion lies in supporting and coaching managers and their teams to achieve success through quality audit, assurance, improvement and management systems.

My qualifications include Level 5 health and social care management, Level 7 Strategic management, Level 7 Operations management, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
